November is National Family Caregivers Month! Join MSAA and Elizabeth E. Nager, MSSW, LICSW for an informative session on coping strategies for people living with MS and their care partners. This free webinar will take place on November 30th from 8:00-9:00 PM Eastern. 
 
MS affects more than just the person diagnosed. Family, friends and partners all experience change, loss, and additional stress when a loved one is diagnosed with a chronic illness. This discussion will focus on healthy adaptations and coping strategies. The emphasis will be on learning new and practical skills to improve quality of life for both today and the future.

Elizabeth Nager has specialized in working with people diagnosed with MS since 1982. She provides therapy for individuals, couples and families. She has led groups for both people newly diagnosed with MS and people experiencing progressive disability due to their MS. She also led therapy groups for caregivers who support people severely disabled by MS. In addition to working with people who have MS, she also works with patients with other neurological diseases. Elizabeth enjoys working with people who are motivated to create healthier patterns of coping to their current life challenges.
